What is Emberheart?

Emberheart is an online creative community for artists, dreamers, and those in transition.

Featuring creativity workshops, time to work on projects together, rituals to deepen your practice, and journaling prompts, our live sessions and community support you in becoming your truest, most creative self.

We use imagination and magic to help you deepen your connection to yourself, the earth, and your creative work.

Monthly Membership

On weeks 1 and 3 of each month, we have live sessions, which consist of a creative workshop or talk, followed by time to create.

Through these sessions, you can be immersed in the whole community’s support. My hope is that you will both get to know yourself better as an artist, and have time to work on any project of your choosing.

Sample topics for the talks and workshops may include:

  • Listening to yourself and finding your authentic path

  • Monetizing your creativity

  • Overcoming fear of being seen and sharing your art

  • Establishing creative routines

  • Moving past perfectionism and self-doubt

  • Navigating uncertainty and life transitions

Emberheart meets every other week for live sessions.

Expect journaling prompts to reflect on, rituals, or music and media on other weeks.

On weeks 2 and 4, you’ll receive something fun or reflective in your email inbox.

This might include journaling prompts to reflect on or a creative pep talk from me ♡

Other times, it might include rituals for a full moon or solstice celebration — because when we connect to the changes in the earth, we connect to the changes in ourselves.

Other weekends, it might be something unexpected, like a roundup of music, media, and articles that week that I found inspirational.

Live Sessions & time to create

The Live Sessions consist of 30 minutes of a workshop / creative talk, plus 30 minutes to create. You’ll get to create in the presence of others online, with time to share at the end — whether you want to show something you just drew, or a batch of muffins you baked.

Get to know your fellow citizens of Emberheart by staying in touch through a Discord server, where members share their art, check in on each other, get feedback on ideas and posts, and just generally chat.

Prompts and rituals

On weekends without Live Sessions, you’ll receive journaling prompts, questions to reflect on, rituals, and more to help integrate your artistic practice and process of self discovery into your day-to-day life.

I'm an artist and writer working on a fantasy novel after breaking through a ten-year creative block that started in college. In 2023, I faced my perfectionism and started a daily writing practice. Since then, I've written over 350,000 words and exhibited artwork at Princeton University's Lewis Center for the Arts.

I created Emberheart because I know the power of creative community firsthand. Perfectionism and fear lose their grip when we bring them into the light. There, we can discuss them, giggle at them, and support each other through them.

That's what Emberheart is for.

  • Here we value respect towards others and self-trust. This is a space where you are encouraged to experiment with what feels best above any authority. If that means getting up in the middle of a session to take a nap or make pancakes, perfect.

  • Memberships are flexible and can be canceled at any time from your account. You’ll retain access through the end of your current billing cycle.
